Action Management

Actions are an integral component of every process management.  Processes that deviate from the process description are transferred again into the target status by corrective and preventive actions (CAPA - Corrective Action Preventive Action).

Irrespective of whether an action is agreed for an event, for an audit stage or for another object, the user interface is standardised.

eControl provides a traffic light circuit, which makes completed, not yet completed and overdue actions immediately identifiable.

Actions are assigned to responsible employees and implementation can be delegated accordingly.  The integration of external resources for the implementation of actions is also assigned.

For every action a notification management can be activated if required, which informs yet to be specified e-mail recipients fully automatically of the application, completion or the overdue status of an action - the recipients and the notification frequency can be set individually for each action and guarantee that  individual critical actions or groups of actions are performed with the discipline required.

A comprehensive reporting is devoted to the issue of which actions have been abandoned by the user (or his department) and which processing status these actions have - in short it can also be checked which actions have to be processed by the user in question (or his department).

Similarly to document management the access of any logged-on user to the files assumes at the very least that read access to the generic object "event" or "study" etc. has been granted.

Action management also enables access to documents that have been connected with the current object with the Object Explorer.
