Irrespective of whether and how many files

- risks,
- audits,
- processes,
- studies,
- safety committees
or other objects have to be stored, eControl provides a standardised dialogue. For every file object additional document information can be stored, which facilitates a targeted search by the users.
The access of any logged-on user to the files assumes at the very least that read access to the generic object "event" or "study" etc. has been granted.
eControl has an internal file system, which authorises the data access and streams the desired files securely to the relevant workplace.
Document management also enables access to documents that have been connected with the current object with the Object Explorer.
