Objective of the seminar
This administration training gives both technical and cross-departmental administrators a in-depth foundation for independent system administration. A significant seminar component is the application of a module system to define internal customer-specific forms and checklists. This process data is captured and processed in the context of groups, areas, locations and other operational organisation structures which are illustrated in eControl. In user administration forms and the organisation in an authorisation concept are merged, systematically conveying the different authorisation processes and instruments. In particular the demands of data protection and operational co-determination are addressed here.
