Objective of the seminar

This in-house training focuses primarily on managers and technicians who, irrespective of their process ownership, wish to increase their understanding of process management with eControl.
Using the description of a process or procedure as a starting point, the effective implementation of eControl through data capture, the analysis of deviations and the support of downstream corrective and preventive actions is demonstrated.
Possibilities to illustrate situations with regard to internal organisation in relation to structures and processes are demonstrated, so that system-based automations can be used and data protection requirements met.
This in-house seminar supplements the process competence of the employees with methodological competence for the eControl process management system.
